Tinubu Vows to Uphold Justice, Fairness For All Nigerians

All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential candidate, Sen. Bola Tinubu, assured North-West Muslim leaders at a town hall meeting in Kano on Tuesday that he will govern with fairness and justice if elected.

Tinubu made a commitment to uphold the principles of Islamic faith, stressing that he will strive for equality and consistency throughout his presidency.

He stated that it was his highest priority to ensure fair and equitable representation for all Nigerian citizens.

The APC candidate vowed to bring economic prosperity and inclusive development for every region of Nigeria if elected.

“A leader in a plural society like ours is enjoined to be a leader of all. If elected, I shall govern honestly and democratically, in harmony with our nation’s constitution.

“I have tried to be a faithful and dutiful servant. I have tried to improve the lot of all our people, whether Christians or Muslims.

“I thank Almighty Allah for the opportunity to meet you all on this great occasion. I am humbled by your attendance and the warmth of your reception.

“I pray He continues to give you the wisdom and rectitude to fulfill this great and vital duty. Without your guidance and counsel, the nation cannot attain the place Allah has set for us,” NAB quoted him as saying.

Bola Tinubu recently stated his visions for the country's development, which he believes are key to a brighter future.

The three cornerstones of his vision include collaboration, continuity, and consistency.

To make this possible, he proposed plans to revive Nigeria's economy, as well as tackling issues like corruption and insecurity through providing modern equipment to the country's security forces.

Tinubu is hopeful that these efforts will bring long-term success to Nigeria and its people.
