Taraba State has witnessed a victory in its governorship election! Kefas of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) was announced as the newly elected Gubernatorial candidate with a winning vote count of 257,926. Sani Yahaya of the New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) obtained 202,272 votes while Emmanuel Bwacha of the All Progressives Congress (APC) followed closely with 142,302 votes and Danladi Baido of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) acquired 28,374 votes.

The election was held on Saturday with no significant incidents and it appears that Kefas has claimed the State Gubernatorial seat. Kefas ran his election on the promises of introducing strong policies for bettering the lives of the citizens of Taraba State and was grateful to the electorate for trusting him with their votes.

The governor-elect pledged to fulfill his campaign promises of improved educational policies and better healthcare in the State. He also assured Taraba State citizens that the revenue from natural resources in the State would be utilized wisely.
Kefas won the Taraba State Governorship Election with a landslide vote, thanks to the citizens of the State who have entrusted him to serve as their leader and work towards bettering the State. We hope that Kefas will keep his word and bring positive changes in the Taraba State.
